📘 Growing Instructions:
Sow thinly outdoors from April to June, about 1.5 cm deep in pre-watered, well-dug soil. Catnip prefers full sun and well-drained conditions. Germination takes around 14–21 days. Water regularly during dry spells, especially in early growth. Plants flower between July and September and can reach 60–90 cm tall.

💡 How Catnip Affects Cats:
The active compound nepetalactone is a natural essential oil that triggers playful, euphoric behaviour in around 50–70% of cats. Effects may include sniffing, rubbing, rolling, stretching, licking, and zoomies. The response typically lasts 5–10 minutes and resets after a short rest period. Kittens under 6 months may not react yet.
